Daniyal Akhtar Gujjar is a renowned professional and one of the first digital broadcast anchor person. Born in 1998 Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab , Pakistan. He is founder of Pakistan’s prominent digital media network named as dag media network established in 2014. He hosts current affairs talk show BOLDaniyalAkhtarKaySaath which is Pakistan’s first digital prime time show. He studied BS media sciences at Iqra University Karachi. Akhtar has written many breakthrough news articles and involved himself in a great controversies. He started his show and a news network in 2014 when there wasn’t even a thought of presenting journalism through digital media later on it became a trend. He has given courageous award by Mohaijr association Karachi for his services towards the people.
Waqas Abdullah is one of the first digital media personality in early 20’s in Pakistan. He started his current affairs show “AajKibaat” on Facebook in 2014 that covers national or social issues specifically. Later on Abdullah became the co founder of Pakistani based news media organization “dag media network”. Waqas Abdullah is a member of internationally renowned organization “Global Crisis Forum” also doing his part as director of foreign affairs at the news network. Abdullah’s acknowledgment as a digital news personality consider as prominent by his work and service to the people. Not only in the journalistic way, but also he expressed his talent through different projects of the network such as documentary film, public awareness messages etc. He has received various recognition awards by the University of Centre Punjab based in Lahore for his contribution in other social activities. Now he has started his new program at DAG news named (ThinkPol). ThinkPol is a political and global climate analysis based flagship show of dag news.
Ch Akhtar Ali Gujjar is an renowned and of the prominent Veteran journalist based in Pakistan. His recognition consists of different opinions included controversies but regardless of that he expressed his opinions fearlessly and questioned the answerables with power of freedom of expression. He started work in 1988 from a lahore based business newspaper and then joined country’s new sensation in print media industry (Daily Khabiran) by one of the biggest media personality Zia Shahid in 2000. He worked with (Daily Khabiran) till 2017 and got fired by the newly appointed authority in Multan by R.E (Mia Ghaffar) on alleged allegations which were never proved since then. After that he joined lahore based urdu newspaper ( Jehan e Pakistan of University of Lahore) and still working with the same spirit and uncovered many breakthrough news articles against the mafia of the society of all respective departments of it. He also working as a senior journalist in electronic media (7News) before that he was working with (Channel 5) under the umbrella of Khabiran media group. His son daniyal akhtar was always very passionate about his father’s work as a journalist then he decided to uncover his son’s ability in the new era of journalism (Digital News Presentation) he helped his son to built world’s first digital media non profit organisation in 2013 (DAG MEDIA NETWORK) back then it became sensation in the Pakistan media industry people were able to get the story from the 3rd side by neutral personalities. Later on Akhtar became the mentor of the network and started giving his experience to this new era of journalism through DAG MEDIA NETWORK and its subsidiary news outlets.
