Mailsi (Khalil Shaikh) Electricity outage since 6 o’clock last morning, people woke up from extreme heat. Due to lack of water in houses and mosques, people craved for prayers and drinking water drop by drop. Heavy sloganeering against WAPDA by closing Melsi railway gate. According to details, due to poor services of WAPDA in Melsi, the citizens are suffering from severe problems due to continuous disruption in electricity supply in the city. Electricity is not being supplied to the circular road.Malsi slum since 6 am last morning due to which people are worried due to extreme heat. Due to lack of electricity, water has been exhausted in the area. People have longed for ablution, ghusl and drinking water. On the other hand, when WAPDA is contacted, instead of addressing the complaints, customers are mistreated. Tired of this attitude of WAPDA, the residents of Circular Road and slums protested strongly by blocking the railway gate and shouting slogans against WAPDA employees. The protest participants have demanded immediate restoration of power supply.
