Arshad Nadeem legend won a silver medal for Pakistan at #WorldAthletivChampionship2023

Arshad Nadeem has returned after winning silver at World Athletics Championship 2023Arshad Nadeem landed at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore with his coach Salman Butt and the President of the Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) Major General (retd) Mohammad Akram Sahi.He was warmly welcomed by the officials of the Athletics Federation of Pakistan, Sports Board of Punjab and Pakistan Sports Board at the airport.The Pakistan Sports Board announced a reward of five million rupees for the silver medalist at the World Athletics Championship.Arshad Nadeem secured the silver with his best throw in his third attempt which went at a distance of 87.82 meters, he started things slowly with a 74.80m throw in his first attempt, however, he made a sounding comeback with an 82.81m throw in his second attempt.While his Indian counterpart Neeraj Chopra bagged India’s first gold medal at the World Athletics Championship with an 88.17m throw in his second attempt.
